Add (un)clickable headers to Sidebar component

In the near future we are going to have a lot of sub route pages for instance,

Live: -- foo

Historic: -- foo

We won't ever go more than 1 level deep.

• Need style for linked headers
• Need style for non linked headers

Feel free to add static markup in the sidebar to work on this.
