need to filter out words not appropriate for children

• [x] update icon database (import file) to contain is_offensive column
  • icon classification
  • update lowlevel db helper
• [x] filter out the icons
• [ ] setting only editable in parental mode? *low priority, makes not much sense

• shall it be distributed as two different versions - one for kids other for adults?
• or just do censorship by default...
