Read Gzipped response from server on key API calls #1

This will allow for faster transfers of the json response due reduction on size.

The associated URL endpoints will be added in this issue in the next days.

We also changed the API endpoint for the bikesharing layer to the custom webservice we built, so we can request for POIs on the visible map area.
