Renaming to NOpenType

Please take a look @prepare . I've now renamed the project to NOpenType properly. Next steps

• Add code for using different rasterizer. Perhaps you can do this in a pr? Otherwise I can try to recreate yours.
• Add NuGet package. I'll do that tomorrow probably.
• Move out the current software rasterizer to own project. I can do this later. It's just a few simple extra classes in the NuGet.
