For use in Learning Hub D2L, instructor can specify in a table in an HTML template all the setup and settings parameters they want to use for an instance of the ECG app.

TODO

ability to extract info from table and send parameters to app
ability for app to accept and process the parameters to return the appropriate web app set up.
