Take what's in the repo and produce an HTML version of it.

Maybe #8 is the answer, I don't know.

Current thinking: run Hugo over everything, with some kind of theme that doesn't look horrible.

One report in that "how to subscribe" is hard to find, which I should be able to try to fix by embedded somewhere the code from groups.io at https://groups.io/g/vacuum/promote

closed as complete - there's more to be done of course but I'm happy so far.
