Missing autocompletion french dictionnary

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose French keyboard
2. No auto-completion
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Auto-completion in internal/external dictionary 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.12 and 1.13

I'm mostly done with adding support for plug-in dictionaries in additional 
packages, if things go according to plan this should be ready in the next few 
days. Thanks for your patience!

Try prerelease v1.14rc3 or later from 
http://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/downloads/list together with the 
separate dict-fr APK file which adds the French spelling completion dictionary.

Bulk update - changing "Fixed" to "Verified" for old bugs.

(Background: I'm changing the "Fixed" status to be considered open, the next 
steps in the lifecycle will be the closed states "FixInTest" and "Verified". 
This lets me mark issues as "Fixed" in commit messages without hiding them from 
the issue tracker.)
