Fix directory hierarchy #9

For example: viennagrid/algorithm -> viennagrid/geometry (angle, inner_prod, cross_prod, norm, spanned_volume, geometry, intersect)

Is this still an open subject? I would prefer to move those to another directory but if we do it, we should do it in near future

The ticket is still open, yes. The example given above is probably not a good one, yet there should still be some thoughts spent on it overall. I assigned myself for this, is this is coupled with issue #12
