Consider the case where a parameter depends on a simulator quantity, zB vom doping level

This is fixed with the expression handling finished in ca5105843313b1cf0e836baf20e4068c6629598b As of this commit, Python code can be handled in the XML files, enabling dependend functions to be evaluated via ViennaMaterial's API.
