Missing photos from Meetup API

Photos are retrieved from Meetup's API, however some players are missing the photos.

Investigate the issue. Start with these:

The Meetup endpoint being used might not be correct.
The way the photos are being saved to Dynamo is buggy.
Photos property was added recently. Maybe some of the data we have are prior to having added the photos.

Some profiles do not have photos. If no photos are found, use default avatar.
