@pabloelcolombiano As requested, here's PR against next branch Again feels free to amend it.

I think a close look to readme can be useful as I've used it initially as specs and several concepts evolve from the start, especially the introduction of policies semantics.

I've checked that is conceptually coherent but I think a double check won't be a spare to double check from an outside view.

Aside this, I must say it's very pleasant to deal with all the buddies involved in Vierge Noire.
