Documentation for all the bot feature #100

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to update the Wiki of our bot to include all of our bot current commands and what it does. Currently the user has to type in / and wait for Discord command list to come up, or just jump around our actual code to find out.

Describe the solution you'd like The easiest solution for this one is to create a Wiki page in this repo Wiki page. This Wiki page should details the commands we have, and what it does.

Extra things that are nice to have: Maybe also move the development guide into this wiki, and create a page for it?
