Galaxy S4 display remains blank on PC #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connecting to PC the Remoteroid screen remains blank
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image of Galaxy S4. Blank screen instead. I can type into the chat window but 
have to follow it on the phone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RemoteroidServer_20121117.zip and Remoteroid_130930.apk

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows 7 x64 professional.
