[REQ] Support for Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Fullscreen mode #1088

With the release of Mac OS X Lion will be a new fullscreen-mode feature. It 
would be great to add support for this to Sequel Pro if possible.

N.B - Any SP dev who is looking to implement this and doesn't have access to 
the Mac Developer Centre, please contact Matt Langtree so I can add you. :)

Initial work on this has begun. Full screen mode does work. However there are 
some resulting issues that need to be resolved first.

Is there a nightly build with this feature enabled so we can checkout ?

Not yet. There is a branch in the repository called xcode4 that contains the 
Lion features.
You'll have to do a "checkout" of the branch and then build it in Xcode 4 
yourself.

Hopefully these features will be incorporated into main trunk soon.

For everyone interested on this feature, the latest nightly build now contains 
Lion Fullscreen mode, go grab it and test (remember that nightly builds are not 
supported, so don't bother the developers).

Build 3388 or higher.

As optikey has pointed out, we've implemented this on trunk in r3388 :)  We'll 
have a 0.9.9.1 including this within days.
