Yeah - we listen to the system language, and I don't think it makes sense to
control languages separately. What's the thinking behind having the system in
german but preferring some apps in english, by the way?
(You could always work around this on a per-app basis by removing localisations
from apps, by the way. I believe there's some apps to do this, or you could
just open the app bundle and remove the "German.lproj" folder from Resources!)

Ok, thanks for the tip.
I prefer to have some applications in English, because this makes it easier to
follow tutorials or to search google when you have problems.
