Explain SQL Query Bundle Download Broken #1112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://www.sequelpro.com/bundles/ and click on Explain SQL Query

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: There should be a link to the Explain Query.spbundle bundle

Actual: Many bundles are listed, but the Explain Query.spbundle file is missing.

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? What version of MySQL are you
connecting to on the server?

Irrelevant to this problem. I'm using 0.9, which is a prereq for using bundles.

Please provide any additional information below.

It looks like the initial commit of the bundle was in 61f9803, but the bundle 
was removed in commit 88db140. The commit comment doesn't clarify why this is, 
so it'd be good to either remove it from the bundles page or to add it back to 
GitHub.

As it stands, I could download it from the older commit but am wary that maybe 
it was removed because it was unstable or dangerous in some way.

Good point and we'll get that rectified.  It may just be a case of removing it 
from the bundle list or correcting the link; that particular plugin is 
currently one of the examples for the Bundle Editor, and available from the 
docs at http://www.sequelpro.com/docs/Bundle_Editor#EXPLAIN_Current_Query .
