Import gives bogus entries for duplicate keys

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Given a csv file with data in it, occasional lines of which contain duplicates 
in a unique/primary key.

Import the csv file into the table

What is the expected output? 

Duplicate errors for lines with duplicate keys

What do you see instead?

After the first duplicate, I get duplicate errors for other fields (that are 
not duplicates) for every line imported.

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? What version of MySQL are you
connecting to on the server?

0.9.9 Build 3348 MySQL 5.0.51a-24+lenny2

Can't verify in r3389.

Please use a recent build from http://nightly.sequelpro.com/ and check if this 
issue still exists (do NOT use these builds on production databases!)

If so please submit an example file, so we can reproduce this error.
