Comments not visible in table structure printout #1122

When we print out the structure of each table for our project documentation, it 
would be great if we could select which columns to include on the pdf report.  
I am adding comments for a few specific columns, but can't get the comments 
column to show up when I print the table structure.

There are two other issues here:

* Localization of the report (we need to decide how/if we want to do it)
* Customizability by the user (maybe move them to SharedSupport?)

Encoding and collation columns are also missing since they were added after the 
printing support was added.
