Display of BINARY fields is misleading #1128

Related to E-Mail:

When having a field like BINARY(3) with the value "ab\0" SP will display it as 
"ab" and a field like "1\02" will be displayed as "12".

Whe should either show the invisibles as some kind of grey character or change 
the way the BINARY fields are displayed.
