Toolbar freezes when selecting a view with non-existing column in select #1167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a view with SELECT col1, col2 FROM tbl1
2. Change name of col2 in tbl1
3. Select the view in the "Tables & Views" pane

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The toolbar and select database controls will become disabled. The only way 
to get them enabled again is to quit Sequel Pro and start it agan. 

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? What version of MySQL are you
connecting to on the server?
- Sequel Pro 0.9.9 Build 3348, MySQL 5.1.57 on Mac OS X 10.6.8

In build 3400 only the database selector becomes disabled, but comes to life 
again after selecting another table. The rest of the toolbar remains enabled.
