[REQ] Add "Copy Create Table Syntax" to contextual menu #1190

Right-clicking on a table name shows a "Show Create Table Syntax".  Can you add 
"Copy Create Table Syntax" just below it?  I realize [Copy] is on the resulting 
"Show..." dialog, but this just saves a step.

Also, "Show Create Table Syntax" is curiously disabled when on the Query tab.
