Exporting defaults to "desktop" #1198

On a new session with Sequel Pro, when I export a database dump, it defaults to 
the Desktop rather than the last folder I exported to. If I export again within 
that session, then the export directory defaults to the last folder as expected.

If I quit Sequel Pro and then load it up for another new session, again it 
defaults to exporting to the desktop.

Using Sequel Pro 0.9.9.1 build 3408 and connecting to MySQL version 5.1.41.

r3435 restored my previous default export location without my even having to 
navigate to it the first time and even when I had last closed 0.9.9.1 with it 
still on the desktop default export location
