When trying to print a report sequel-pro crashes #1210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a connection (connecting via ssh tunnel)
2. Go under "Bundles" -> "Report" -> "Database Report"
3. Once Report is Populated. Click File -> "Print" or "Command+P" to print.
4. Sequel Pro will then exit and crash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Printed Report.  Sequel-Pro Crashes.

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? What version of MySQL are you
connecting to on the server?
Sequel-Pro (0.9.9.1)
MySQL 4 and 5

Please provide any additional information below.
I can provide the Crash Report.  Please let me know if any other info is 
helpful.

I can't reproduce this with either 0.9.9.1 or r3445 on 10.6 (Safari 5.0.5)
Perhaps only a 10.7 bug?

I looked at it again. The related reports seem to be in:

Also I can reproduce this now in r4096 / 10.6.8 .
When doing PDF preview it will happen before the preview is displayed, but when 
doing PDF save it works.

Also the issue disappears when I remove the SP logo image from the report.

However there seems to be a second issue appearing after generating the 
preview/PDF.
