Favorite Folders for organizing and grouping favorites? #1216

I think it would be simple and very useful when managing many favorites if 
there could be folders to store favorites in, this is useful when creating 
favorites with limited scopes and permissions on the same server ( good 
security practice ) or when running several related projects that are not the 
on the same server or user.

Presently only being able to sort by name or host breaks for two reasons.

1) Host is often 127.0.0.1 ( i use ssh  for access )
2) naming conventions is hard to known in advance

Presently I am having to name all my favorites 1. 2. 3. so I can group them.
