the word "tm" is converted to trademark symbol #1227

When typing in the Query pane, the characters "tm" by themselves get converted 
to the trademark symbol "™".  For instance, as I type "SELECT * FROM 
TableMine tm WHERE...", as soon as I hit the spacebar after "tm" it becomes 
"SELECT * FROM TableMine ™..."

Presumably whatever text input control you are using has some auto-conversions 
built in that should be turned off.  I can get this to happen in the "Comments" 
are of the Table Info pane, as well.

Sequel Pro 0.9.9.1 (Build 3408) on OSX 10.6.8.
