[REQ] New table view - Form view #1236

The table view is great but when you have tables with loads of columns it gets 
difficult to edit the row nicely. A form view which will show a single row at a 
time allowing you to edit it would make things really simple.
Some jump to row, next and previous buttons would help navigate around.
