Add (user-customizable) margins for iPad #104

Please describe the feature request:

The iPad's screen is quite wide in both landscape and portrait orientations,
and Frotz fills the entire
screen in both modes. I find interactive fiction (and text in general) easier
to read when the number
of characters in the text column is between 70 and 80. Could a setting be added
(or possibly a
touch-interface resize or other direct method) to resize the width of the
display area to allow for
more readable line-lengths?

I agree that this would be a good idea; my only further comment would be that
the default should be to have margins present, and I'm not convinced it should
be a user-controllable setting. Instapaper and Reeder are examples of iPad apps
that I think do a good job at the layout of text, I would follow their lead
here.

Frotz 1.5.3 for iPad now has automatic margins for better readability.
I did not put in a way to turn it off or adjust it. I think it looks much
nicer now.
We'll see if anyone complains.
