score bar at top of game does not appear until exiting and reentering a game. #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start MIT Zork play a bit, notice the missing moves and score bar?
2.exit to main menu.
3.re-enter game voilà the score bar is now at the top.

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
I expect the score bar to appear at the onset of the game.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.4.1
Whatt version of iPhone/iPod Touch OS? (2.2.1, 3.0, 3.1.2, etc.)
3..2.1

What device model are you using (iPod Touch 2nd gen, iPhone 3G, etc.
iPad

Please provide any additional information below.

I wasn't able to reproduce this, but I have made several changes that could 
affect it in development since 1.4.1. 
Please see if it still happens for you in 1.5 and re-report if so.
