Frotz sometimes crashes when opening game from Mail app #196

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing a game that's already in Frotz.
2. Switch to Mail and tap on a game file that's attached to an email.
3. Select "Open in Frotz".

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
Sometimes, but not always, Frotz will open the game file from the email and 
then immediately crash. When you relaunch Frotz, the game plays as usual.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.6

What device model are you using (e.g., iPhone 4S, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPod 
Touch 3rd gen.)
iPad 2

What version of iOS?  4.2.1, 5.1, etc.)
5.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't reproduce this bug 100% reliably.
