Game does not start on Nexus S (maybe ICS issue) #5

I have tried running smw on my Nexus S (ICS 4.0.3). The content loads, and is 
extracted to the SD-card. Upon launching the game however the controls appear, 
bur the rest reamins black. after a few seconds, the initial start screen (with 
the pulsating Title) appears again.

I've got nearly the same when running smw on my Nexus 4 (JB 4.2.1) but after 
the controls appear the app closes without an error message.
