errors with receiveEvent() #442

What device(s) are you experiencing the problem on?
HTC Desire

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The description of receiveEvent() needs changing to "returns the earliest 
event data and removes it from the event buffer"

2. The time stamps remain the same for 5 or 6 events before updating (and then 
remain the same again)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.2, SL4Ar2, python

Please provide any additional information below.
