This PR removes a whole bunch of old ebuilds that have either no purpose anymore or have been replaced/updated by upstream or other overlays.
The ebuilds that have been kept and deemed to be valuable have been bumped if their EAPI is 5. EAPI 6 might follow.
This fixes #49 for sure.
