AWS deployment #3

I'm not sure where this card went, but it is currently a duplicate that is valuable enough to not get lost. This card serves as a placeholder for the general issues that revolve around getting a mattermost server automatically spun up on aws using s3 buckets, cloudflare, all located at mattermost.vigeeking.com, using code in this repo and the github actions it contains.

I ended up going with bitnami and google cloud instead of aws, and discusses that here: wiki
