Get Cameras working #1

I would like to have general cameras inside house to check on Sudo, and outside of the house to check on house safety and general information. This task is done when I have a framework where I can add an existing model of camera to the smart house, and it is ingested into the pipeline

This is still important, but it has been relegated to a tertiary concern pending money resolution.
