License plate readers #16

Assumption: Cameras are set up and integrated into house pipeline

I would like to be able to catalog and otherwise interact with any vehicles that arrive at the house. Possible information for this project is here: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/car-plate-recognition-system-with-raspberry-pi-and-node-red/

This task is done when I am able to trigger an automation by a specific license plate being tagged in the house pipeline.
