I add a option to the path-config in order to produce html anywhere #590

In this way it can be used by the dynamic sites

Can you reduce this to only the "produce html anywhere" changes? The file deletions, changing the default paths, and renaming the project make it hard to know what exactly your proposal is.

So sorry,I have adjusted this project to a project suitable for me. I will give you another PR for this
