grunt.fail.errorcount not working correctly with maintainability #47

When I set the maintainability to 100 and a file falls below 100 the task still reports success.

I also noticed the Contributing portion of the readme seemed out of date. It references a git submodule and cd test/grunt.0.4 which didn't work for me. Thanks.
