We added some snapshot performance improvements in the upcoming 12.14.0 release, however we need to verify that there are no regressions.

Version 12.14.0 is done, viewable on the 12.14-stable branch. Here's what we need to do:

[ ] Figure out how to run yarn test:prod before the release (this currently runs at the root)
[ ] Send out 12.14.0-rc
[ ] Verify on a few applications
