When working inside the block editor, heading blocks, as well as other blocks, are rendered using the style display: inline-block, causing layout issues.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a cover block
Insert a Heading Block
Type something short for the heading
Press Enter or Add another block
The next block (paragraph) displays inline with the heading.
It should be displayed below the heading.
