Breakpoint for a mobile menu #144

Add a breakpoint to control the mobile menu, so that it is not tied to Tailwind's breakpoints.

We have run into a problem where we need the mobile menu to show at a different breakpoint then TW. This menu breakpoint should be set in the Tailwind Config.
