Need to update the readme files. Both dist and README.md.

Scenario one: Developer working on the WP site starter files.
Scenario two: Developer starting up a new client project using the WP site starter files.
Scenario three: Developer setting up the client project on local dev.

Update Block language: include info about BluePrint and or direct over to BluePrint repo.
