Caveat: I didn't find a way to format Environment as a proper header (next_help_heading does not seem to after_help).

...but I think it's RUST_MIN_STACK, not RUST_MIN_SIZE. Isn't it?

Oopsie, that was a braino on my part. I've fixed it now in 931d3fe06eae0e59a82a7e7ca10962498c43bfcb
