The change comments both scrollTocall lines, in an attempt to solve https://github.com/vignaesh01/sfdx-package-generator/issues/35

Do you approve this PR and if so can you update the extension in the marketplace?

Are there consequences to commenting out these scrollTos? I cant think of any...
