Organize an offline entrepreneurship workshop in your college as part of E-Cell IIT Bombay's initiative. The goal is to help students experience entrepreneurship through interactive sessions. This task is crucial for spreading entrepreneurial knowledge and offering hands-on learning opportunities. Illuminate is coming to every college to spread the entrepreneurship word with interactive speakers and exclusive content for 6 hours. The incentives for the participants are a Certificate from E-Cell IIT Bombay, a startup kit, and a lot more worth than the participation fee.
E-Cell, IIT Bombay is bearing 20% of your participation fees(reduced fees is INR 640 per person, on the occasion of the 27th edition of ‘Eureka’ to fulfill E-Cell’s aim of spreading entrepreneurship knowledge among college students. (offer valid for workshop confirmation till 30th Oct)
1. Promote the Workshop: Inform students and faculty about the workshop and ensure a minimum of 80 participants. Utilize social media, campus bulletin boards, and other promotional methods.
2. Faculty Confirmation: Work with your faculty advisor to sign the confirmation letter. Send it to illuminate@ecell.in by 30th November.
3. Organize the Workshop: After gathering participants, confirm the date with E-Cell. Prepare the venue and ensure smooth logistics.
4. Workshop Execution: Conduct the workshop, under illuminate ensuring participants are actively engaged and interacting with the speaker.
5. Submit Participant Data: Collect the name, email, and phone number of each participant and prepare a Google/Excel sheet for submission.
6. What can you and participants get from this task?
As an incentive, each team participant will receive a certificate for event organization, an exclusive illuminate kit, and an exclusive workshop from E-Cell, IIT Bombay.
For 80 participants, this task is worth 400 points.
Further NEC team will get an Illuminate certificate, & certificate of coordination to all NEC members. Also the organizing team will get a free ticket to E-Summit ie free E-Summit’25 passes. You will be able to explore multiple publicity and negotiating trends with the regular support of the E-Cell team, which will help you further in your corporate life
Submission Guidelines
1. Submit Confirmation: Send the confirmation letter signed by the faculty to illuminate@ecell.in by 30th November.
2. Submit Participant List: After the workshop, submit an Excel/Google sheet with the participants’ details (name, email, phone number) through the NEC dashboard. Ensure the sheet is complete and accurate.
3. Photos and Feedback: Include photos from the event and participant feedback as supplementary materials if needed for further validation and to enhance your submission.
4. Key Additions: Gather feedback from participants post-workshop and submit it alongside your report. Consider submitting ideas for improving the workshop based on participant feedback.
