UPDATE : implemented GetUsers rest call

• [x] Retrieve all users upon a GET request at the specified URL
• [x] hides private details such as Role & password

[vignesh-6145]

Suggesting to change the controller classes method signature with ResponseEntity.

Will change it in further modifications continuing for now
