Implement “Data Access Object” layer for by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.domain.project.specification.UseCase #26

Create class by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.dao.mysql.project.specification.UseCaseDaoImpl 
which implements interface 
by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.dao.abstraction.project.specification.UseCaseDao. Create test 
class by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.test.project.specification.UseCaseDaoTest which tests 
each method of class UseCaseDaoImpl. Test class is to contain method main and 
have simple console implementation.
