Implement a caching of objects in the class 
by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.dao.mysql.project.management.TasksCategoryDaoImpl while 
calling method read(int id) twice or more times. Create class 
by.vsu.mf.ammc.pm.test.project.management.TasksCategoryIdentityMapTest which 
test this caching.
