Minor UI improvements

1. Trilling to be applied if, the title is long use tooltip to show full title.
2. Some components are taking time for making request, check for improvements or add a loader eg create new private url comp.
3. On mobile view Login and Register button is not aligned well, fix it.
4. Add name input for register comp
