ShaderInputType enumeration in SlimDX.D3DCompiler is missing a value that
corresponds to native D3D11_SIT_UAV_RWTYPED.
An obvious workaround is to just cast 4 to the enum type, but ideally SlimDX
would provide this out of the box.
