Details

The lack of scroll-back links severely impedes the navigability of the user guide. Users are forced to scroll up and down back to the table of contents/to a desired section

Expected behavior

Add a scroll-back to the table of contents link under each section to allow a user to quickly head back to the TOC and resume navigation/use of the UG/DG.

Why is this marked as medium? It should be very low as it is just a cosmetic issue.

The lack of scrollback links impedes the ability to navigate between pages quickly (navigability). This can cause an inconvenience to users, using these documents who wish to find sections quickly. I will however accept a downgrade to severity.Low
